Raymond has over 30 years' experience and expertise in the offshore and financial services industry and he has personally established over 10,000 companies for his international portfolio of High Net Worth individuals and corporate clients. CMS is the appointed corporate services provider to Ernst & Young in Hong Kong and currently manage over 1300 active Hong Kong and offshore structures.

Vera Tan has more than 20 years experience in legal and banking. Vera possesses unique experience of having both practising legal and banking careers with a deep understanding of financial products, capital markets and asset management.
Vera graduated with a law degree with honours and a Bentham Prize for High Achievement from University College London in 2000. She was called to the UK Bar and Hong Kong Bar in 2001 and she practised as a barrister in Hong Kong up till 2005. During her years as a practising barrister, she had conducted various cases in commercial, civil and commercial crime with various court experiences including Court of Appeal and Court of Final Appeal.
She made a successful switch from a practising barrister to starting up and running a third party group in Goldman Sachs Asia Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities division (“FICC”) selling and trading financial products across asset classes. Vera was ranked consecutively in the first quartile internally in Goldman Sachs and was promoted to Executive Director in 2008. Vera left Goldman Sachs in 2009 to engage in structured finance and direct investment deals. She led a team of China and Hong Kong bankers responsible for origination, due diligence, structuring and post investment monitoring. She successfully originated, structured and invested into the first RMB denominated dim sum convertible bond with a 2x exit return in 3 years.
Vera joined Deutsche Bank in 2015 as head of Hong Kong Global Markets Debt business lines compliance managing a total of 8 different business lines across corporate treasury sales, ficc trading, institutional sales, special situations, structured finance, distressed trading, treasury and pool.
Vera left Deutsche Bank in 2018 to join CMSC Partners Limited, a SFC Type 4 and Type 9 licensed asset management firm as Managing Director and Responsible Officer and is currently the COO and Partner of a Cayman Islands Regulated Mutual Fund.
Jenny has vast experience in public and private investment. After graduating from university, Jenny joined the Goldman Sachs Principal Strategy (GSPS), an internal hedge fund of Goldman Sachs, in 1999. GSPS invested in both public and private domain with offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York, and London. Jenny was the head trader for the Pan-Asia and Responsible Officer of the desk, overseeing the investment for equity, fixed income, rate, and FX. As head trader, Jenny also took the ECM/DCM role for Pan-Asia where she reviewed all equities and bond IPO and placements invested by GSPS.
After the 2010 Volker Rule was in effect, she and the entire GSPS team left Goldman Sachs. Jenny co-founded Azentus Capital Management Limited as a partner with US$ 2 billion AUM at inception which was the biggest hedge fund IPO in 2011. The investors of Azentus Captial included sovereign funds, endowment funds, fund of funds and families offices. The strategy of Azentus was absolute return, Long/Short and multi-strategies fund. Jenny was the head trader and oversaw all investment activities of the fund. She was on the risk committee and investment committee which set all the risk parameters and investments thesis. Azentus had 12 investment professionals and 12 supporting staff, 85% from Goldman Sachs.
Jenny left Azentus Capital in 2017 and Joined ZhengHe Captial as Managing Partner, a private equity firm founded by an ex-Goldman Sachs Banker. At ZhengHe, Jenny managed investments such as PingAn Good Doctor (PAGD) and Lufax where she worked with PingAn's senior management team in positioning and arranging sponsors for PingAn Good Doctor IPO which led to successful listing in 2018 (US$1.12bn).
Jenny received Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (Honor) from the University of British Columbia. She is a CFA chartered holder, Responsible Officer for SFC Type 4 and Type 9 Regulated Activities. Jenny is native in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Shanghainese.

Brain was previously with Hong Kong Metasequoia Capital Management Ltd and was appointed Responsible Officer, Investment Management with licensing status for Securities and Futures Commission Type 4 and Type 9 (asset management) Regulated Activities. He was Business Development Director and Responsible Officer with Cheetah Investment Management Limited (US1bn AUM) with responsibility for Investment Management & Advisory and Fund Distribution Business and with responsibilities to implement and execute business development strategy of the company, enhance the company brand, develop new clients, fundraising and marketing company products (hedge funds and other alternative funds) and negotiate agreements with distributors and fund platforms.
Brian was with Tyche Group Limited and Syz & Co (known as Oria Capital) responsible for fundraising and marketing company products (fund of hedge funds) and to implement and revise business development strategy of the company. Founding member of an alternative investment manager focusing on equity and private debt investments in Asia absorbed into a leading global asset manager.
