Brain was previously with Hong Kong Metasequoia Capital Management Ltd and was appointed Responsible Officer, Investment Management with licensing status for Securities and Futures Commission Type 4 and Type 9 (asset management) Regulated Activities. He was Business Development Director and Responsible Officer with Cheetah Investment Management Limited (US1bn AUM) with responsibility for Investment Management & Advisory and Fund Distribution Business and with responsibilities to implement and execute business development strategy of the company, enhance the company brand, develop new clients, fundraising and marketing company products (hedge funds and other alternative funds) and negotiate agreements with distributors and fund platforms.
Brian was with Tyche Group Limited and Syz & Co (known as Oria Capital) responsible for fundraising and marketing company products (fund of hedge funds) and to implement and revise business development strategy of the company. Founding member of an alternative investment manager focusing on equity and private debt investments in Asia absorbed into a leading global asset manager.

John was previously appointed Responsible Officer of Xen Capital (HK) Limited and co-managed a Cayman Registered PE Fund. He has over 15 years experience in managing various funds and advising on client portfolios.
He has vast experience in setting up the operational procedures and internal control policy for securities advisory and asset management business such as account opening, KYC, dealing, settlement, FRR and risk management in accordance with the related rules and regulations.
